A Wodonga clinic sells before auction after receiving an impressive offer by a local investor.
Wodonga West Medical Clinic on Waratah Way sold through Dixon Commercial Real Estate for an undisclosed amount.
Director Oscar Dixon confirmed the medical centre was sold to a local investor as a passive income-producing asset.
The sale follows another property which also went to a local investor, who purchased a South Albury commercial lot as part of his self-managed superannuation fund.
The three-year lease in place with the current tenant is expected to remain for many years to come.
